EntryVerified, LLC is committed to ensuring that our website and services are accessible to all people, including those with disabilities. We strive to meet or exceed the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Our Commitment

We believe the internet should be available and accessible to everyone. We are actively working to improve the accessibility of entryverified.com so that users with visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, or other disabilities can use our site fully and independently.

Measures We Have Taken

Skip Navigation

A "Skip to main content" link appears at the top of every page when focused via keyboard, allowing users to bypass repetitive navigation.

Keyboard Navigation

We design buttons, links, form fields and menus to work by keyboard alone, and we fix gaps when we find them. Tab order is logical and visible.

Focus Indicators

Visible focus rings are displayed on all interactive elements for keyboard and assistive technology users. We do not suppress focus indicators.

Screen Reader Support

We use semantic HTML5 landmarks (header, nav, main, footer), headings, and ARIA labels so screen readers can navigate the page structure.

ARIA Attributes

Navigation menus include aria-label, aria-expanded, and aria-current attributes. Decorative images carry aria-hidden. Informational images have descriptive alt text.

Form Accessibility

Form fields have visible labels and required fields are identified. We are still improving how error messages are announced on some forms.

Color and Contrast

We target a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for text, as called for by WCAG 2.1 AA, and correct any text that falls short. Color is never used as the sole means of conveying information.

Text Resizing

Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality. We do not use pixel-fixed font sizes that would block browser zoom.

Reduced Motion

Most animations are reduced for users who have enabled the 'Reduce Motion' preference on their operating system. Some short transitions may remain.

Responsive Design

The site is fully usable across a range of screen sizes, from mobile phones to large desktop monitors, without horizontal scrolling.

Link Purpose

Links and buttons have descriptive text that conveys their purpose without requiring surrounding context.

No Auto-Playing Media

We do not use auto-playing audio or video with sound.

Assistive Technology Compatibility

We build the site with standard semantic HTML so it can work with screen readers, browser zoom and keyboard navigation. We have not yet completed hands-on testing with NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver or TalkBack. If something does not work with your assistive technology, please contact us and we will help.

Known Limitations

We are actively working to resolve the following:

Some third-party components (such as the Google Sign-In button) are provided by Google and may have their own accessibility limitations outside our direct control.
Uploaded brochures and business card images on canvasser profiles are user-submitted and may not include alt text or alternative formats. We encourage canvassers to describe their materials in their bio field.
Screen reader testing has not yet been completed.

Ongoing Efforts

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time project. We last audited the site against WCAG 2.1 Level AA on October 6, 2026, using automated scanning and manual keyboard checks, and fixed the contrast, labeling and keyboard issues it found. We incorporate user feedback and update this statement to reflect our current practices. Our goal is to achieve and maintain WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance across all pages and features.
