State Privacy Rights

EntryVerified honors privacy rights for residents of all U.S. states that have enacted consumer privacy laws. This page summarizes your rights by state and explains how to exercise them.

Effective Date: March 2026  |  Last Updated: September 10, 2026

Our Universal Commitment

Regardless of which state you live in, EntryVerified does not sell or share your personal information for advertising purposes. We process your data only to deliver our service. Residents of states not listed below may still contact us to access, correct, or delete their data.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To submit a privacy rights request for any state listed below, contact us using any of these methods. We will verify your identity before processing the request and respond within the timeframe required by your state's law (typically 45 days).

Homeowner account deactivation

Homeowners can deactivate their account at any time from Account Settings in the homeowner dashboard. Deactivation stops the sign and QR code from working and stops the biweekly EntryVerified email. EntryVerified keeps the homeowner's account information on file after deactivation so the account can be reactivated later. You may still contact us at the email below with privacy questions or requests.
